Connect with Shiva through two live classes every week, Daily Energy Flow and an expanded replay library. The benefits and library above show this plan’s offerings. Other memberships have their own libraries; a course appearing elsewhere on the website does not mean it is included in every plan.
Where do I practice after joining?
After joining, sign in to your Shala for your personal library and live practice space. This page introduces the membership; the Shala is where you return to practice.
Can I practice if I cannot join live?
You can return to the replays included in your plan. Check the calendar for scheduled live classes and the course page for the available replays.
Are all lessons available straight away?
Some programs unfold over time. Their course pages show the schedule and any lesson access requirements. Existing personal purchases and community access remain separate from the membership library.
How do monthly and annual memberships work?
A monthly membership renews each month. Where an annual option is available, it renews each year. You can cancel before the next renewal in your account; access continues through the period already paid for. The available options for this plan are shown below.
I practiced with Shiva before. Do I need a new account?
Try signing in with the email you used before. Your eligible previous courses and personal access are shown separately in your account. If something is missing, contact us so we can help.
