Q5. What if I am unable to attend a class live?
All sessions may be attended live or via streamed replay, however we encourage you to attend the Teaching Lab on Thursdays live if possible if you are enrolled for that course. These sessions offer the best opportunity to practice teaching the material covered each week.

Q1. How long will I have to view the course videos?
If you are a member, you will have access to view the videos for the duration of your Prana Vinyasa membership.
Q2. Can I take the Pathways of Flow if I am not in the teacher training?
Yes! For the Roots-Foundation Course and Elemental Course; with the agreement in our Terms of Service that you will only practice and not teach any of the namaskars-sequences until you have gone through the Samudra Global School for Living Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Q3. Do any of the courses count towards Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training?
A Pathways of Prana Vinyasa course counts towards the Living Yoga Sadhana project requirement. All students enrolled in the certification program will be required to take the first three pathways of prana vinyasa that encompass the 200 hour core module namaskars and sequences. That is 15 Namaskars and 30 sequences as a video practice reference for your own benefit as a student and teacher.

Q4. If I am in a Prana Vinyasa Affiliate teacher training, can I enroll as a Prana Vinyasa student?
Yes! All Prana Vinyasa students (including affiliates) are required to take the first three pathways of flow that encompass the 200 hour core module namaskars and sequences. That is 15 Namaskars and 30 sequences as a video practice reference for your own benefit as a student and teacher.
Q5. Does Samudra offer a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training path?
The Samudra Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program is a 300-hour advanced program and is targeted toward experienced practitioners that have already completed a foundational 200-hour training curriculum.
We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for students that have not completed a 200-hour training but have a strong practice and are interested in deepening their knowledge and practice of yoga with independent study. Please contact us to discuss your situation. Include your yoga experience and background, any live classes or retreats with Shiva, and your goals for the program / interest in teaching.
