Prana Vinyasa Yoga is the evolution of energetic vinyasa to realize and enhance the flow of our life. The Lunar Pathways of Prana Vinyasa Series is dedicated to providing a full-spectrum mandala of lunar practices for balancing and nourishing the flow of yoga in daily life – the living of energetic vinyasa. From her home studio above Solstice Canyon in Malibu, this first " lunar pathways of prana vinyasa" is a practice guide to the 5 Lunar Roots/Foundation Sequences that correspond to Embodying the Flow-Mandala of Asana modules.

Course Includes: 

  • 5 total video practices with Shiva: lunar 1.5 hour designed for weekly practice over 5 weeks

Stage Two - Bring your awareness to your heart center. Offer Mantra Japa with or without a mala; Offer "Om Hrim or Om Shrim Hrim Klim" as introduced in meditation. Stage Three - Rest in meditation with awareness in your heart center without technique and in total presence. Images of sacred bodies of water, deities connected to water or sensual love such as Aprhodite, Yemanja or Shiva-Shakti, Radha-Krishna, shells and juicy fruit. Color: Blues for water element.
