Embody Flow Creative Core

Embody Flow Creative Core is a prana flow approach core cultivation as sacred training and movement meditation. Your course includes samples of 10 min core-practices for 6-days a week elemental practice balance as you experience five elemental core practices and one day of the Body Mandala 108. You have the option to register here or to register through our indiegogo campaign and receive a perk of an Embodying Flow Hoop - a unique 54-wood bead mala connected through a red cord for good fortune. Benefits include: gentle massage of internal organs, tonifying of waist, pelvic liberation, joy of movement, empowerment, and meditative flow.
