GETTING STARTED
Like magnets that come together from a positive-negative charge, all love union reflects the bonding of opposites at the heart of all creation. Welcome Friends on the Path! Thank you for being part of our juicy sadhana for lovers of life. In our nine nights of rasa, we will cultivate the regenerative practices of tending our body of love - the living circulation of a fluid love and realization of eros - the greek equivalant of sringara rasa - as the natural essence of creation and our own embodiment. In our sadhana, we will embrace where we are - with an inner consort (within your self") and/or with an outer consort (with a partner if you are currently in relationship). In this In the mystical-practical exploration of the body of love and the "consort path", we will explore how yoga, movement, meditation and life-practices can cultivate sringara rasa (embodied eros) and the bhakti of sacred union. We will explore short practices for connecting with the sacred masculine (staff or danda) and feminine (lotus) can deepen and enhance the flow of love at all levels of our being and life. Five- Part Sadhana - Overview Please refer to your Sringara Rasa E-book for the details of below: These are the aspects to our practice to anchor your experience. Sacred Practice We are providing you with Audio/Video Practices for your journey that we are suggesting in a day by day format or you can explore in your own rhythm. There are meditation practices just for men and women then a coming together for the Sacred Union Meditation which you can offer within yourself or as a couple, Sringara Rasa Prana Vinyasa Videos, Sahaja Movement, and Prana Danda Practice. For Prana Danda Practice: It is essentially the realization of our inner danda that is the purpose of prana danda so no instrument unneeded but you can order a pranadanda from us (a five foot flexible staff), you can use a walking stick. Sacred Space - Sringara Rasa Altar Choose a sacred space to be the reflection and activation of all that you are invoking during this coming cycle. Make an altar for the full and new moons and "refresh" it daily as well as every week in simple gestures of love. Tending your creative altar is part of a view of your entire world as a mandala that includes your body and home. Your personal altar is a great nexus-that connects your inner and outer worlds-a conduit for your creative energy, prayers, and a reflection of your inner process. Allow your altar to have a central focus-a primary symbol of creative energy and sringara rasa. Enrich your altar of Sringara Rasa with images of divine union that are sacred to you within Tantra-Bhakti yoga, (Shiva-Shakti, Radha-Krishna, Sita_Ram, Padmasambhava-Yeshe Tsoygal) in the images of photos of love with your partners or partners to be (call in your heart's desire). Adorn your altar in colors (obviously red around valentines) and honey, water, flowers, candles, juicy fruits that bring the beauty and rasa to fill your home. Let your altar be simple or elaborate, ever-changing, particularly over each weekend or Monday when we begin our sadhana. Love the process of creating a love altar and you inner altar will come alive!
