Like a massage for your inner system - soma prana flow brings the power of slow flow movement meditation, classical and lunar prana flow namaskars, meditation and yoga nidra to receive to alchemical music with tantric wisdom teachings. Beginning and ending with guided relaxation, we will enjoy a flowing approach to cultivation of soma for regeneration and natural meditative states. We will explore five elemental variations to bring a somatic, fluid intelligence, movement positive, regenerative approach to regenerating your nervous system.
