Be empowered to practice & lead a Yoga Mala and cultivate your unique sva dharma - your inherent purpose and soul inspiration.

Join the “sva dharma process” with Shiva Rea to empower you to lead a Yoga Mala in your community as well as the cultivation of a personal project to nourished through the wisdom tools from living yoga and vinyasa . In six ritual junctures of the year, we will practice forms of prostrations or pranams and namaskars or salutation sequences in a Yoga Mala form in connection with our movement around the sun.

In this course, connected to the seasonal junctures of empowerment in the journey of the year (equinox and solstices), we will bring ritual practice and soul cultivation and experience movement meditation as a vision process for surrender, listening, fertilization, emergence and sustaining power. Shiva will guide you in tending the fire of your personal the sva-dharma offering – connected to yoga, writing, seva or activism, art, wellness, a soul-project manifesting your dreams.

The Sva-Dharma process has helped empower many teachers who have been part of our teacher training community for over ten years. Through this process of mentorship (for those through the whole cycle) you will develop your “sva dharma offering” as a devotion, a personal project, a deeper soul calling, an answering a community or professional need. It is a creative process of manifesting who you are.

Receive 1.5-hour calls which includes the Yoga Mala Pranam Practice for each seasonal juncture as preparation to offer a Yoga Mala in your community if you choose.
