Program in preparation
A seasonal circle of practice
Shiva is preparing a new Sharad Navaratri journey within the Heart of the Yogini and Embodying Shakti traditions. The program brings the Aigiri Nandinī chant into relationship with mudra vinyasa and Prāṇa Flow praṇāms, with daily practices planned to be recorded in India.
The full schedule, practice materials and registration details are being finalised. This page introduces the developing program; enrolment is not yet open.
Your daily ritual
- Mountain Daughter Mudra Vinyasa: a flowing exploration of traditional hand gestures, movement and the imagery of Śailasutā, the Mountain’s Daughter.
- Aigiri Nandinī chanting: learning the chant in stages, exploring its rhythm and the relationship between sound and practice.
- Prāṇa Mantra Flow Praṇāms: bringing mantra and movement together in a daily ritual practice.
The movement of the journey
Begin with the grounding presence of Durgā, open into the creative abundance of Lakṣmī, and explore voice, listening and stillness with Saraswatī. The journey then moves into completion of the chant and spacious integration through silent mudra vinyasa. A concluding community gathering is planned.
Exact dates, session times and the recording schedule will be shared with the completed program.
A practice to live with
Individual seasonal courses include Living in Rhythm during their confirmed seasonal dates. After the season, an active Living in Rhythm membership lets you continue opening your purchased course. The dates and registration details for this new program are still being finalised.
Return to the chant and movement as a personal ritual: listen, learn, embody and revisit. You do not need to rush through the material. Let the daily practice become a thread of continuity between your inner life and the season around you.
