Thomas is an Entrepreneur, certified Mental and Communication Coach, YinYoga and a Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher. He has a profound knowledge about “Mental Strength and positive Communication” and over 20 years experiences in running and managing companies. 

His Yoga journey started in 2012. A “burn-out” brought him to Yoga. Since then he is passionately devoted to the History of Yoga, the Philosophy of Yoga and to experience and his own practice.
His Yoga classes are inspired by his teachers Sandra Amtmann, Twee Merrigan, Shiva Rea and Simon Park and filled with love, passion, positive vib and humor.
