Shoshana Stolove has been practicing Yoga for 20 years.  Her practice began in New York after a car accident. Her Healing began with a wonderful yoga therapist for a broken vertebrae. This brought her to a new and better way of life. She brought her practice to Colorado and for the past 15 years to Los Angeles. Yoga has easily become one of her greatest passions. Teaching gives her the chance to create a compassionate and loving space for others to grow and be their authentic selves. Her certification is in Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Kundalini, Pre/Post Natal, and Kid’s Yoga. Shoshana consistently attends workshops and trainings to expand as a person and a teacher. 

Aside from being a Yoga Instructor, she is a drummer, animator, and jewelry designer.
