My first contact with yoga was in 2003.From then until today I have been learned all the poses of yoga from my yoga teachers and I have practiced different yoga classes .

In 2012 I attended to a prana vinyasa flow yoga class oganized by Konstantina Maridaki and I was excited because the course had a continuous flow from one asana to another and it was alike dance.

Because of this I enjoyed it more and as much as I practiced I realized how effective is to move in the pulse of my breath and feel the energy and the body has rhythm, harmony, balance and how therapeutic is to move consciously by connecting the mind and body

In 2016 I was attended the teacher training prana vinyasa flow yoga 200h by my teacher Konstantina for deep in my practice, an affiliate programme of Shiva Rea’s from samudra school of living yoga .
